Kay from Ship A Car Direct was phenomenal! Her professionalism, knowledge and constant communication with our family about the timeline to ship our car was outstanding. In many companies these days, you don't find the level of customer service that Ship a Car Direct delivers. We were pleasantly surprised at all of the employees we came in contact with over the phone at Ship a Car Direct - they were all very polite and extremely helpful. As a brokerage company, Ship a Car Direct is rated A+ for their exceptional service! The owner (Raya) of the actual company that shipped our car was the total opposite. That company was family owned and operated and the owner was very rude and unpleasant. Luckily, the drivers made up for her lack of professionalism. We would highly recommend Ship A Car Direct for any of your car shipping needs!
