I had no knowledge or experience with shipping a car anywhere, let alone across the country. My moving company for my belongings did not move cars. Tho they did give me a recommendation. I decided to try my hand at locating a shipping company on my own. Of course I did not know where to start. Then I thought why not goggle it! I found a site without too much trouble. I called the first one that had a 5 star rating. I dealt with a gentleman named Dale. He was so helpful. He explained the entire process. Starting with what a broker was, the process in getting a driver, the cost, liability, etc. I felt anxious at the beginning of the call. I felt very satisfied and confident with choosing this company by the end our conversation . Dale kept me up to date regularly. He was amazing and went above and beyond in regards to customer satisfaction. Kudos to Dale!
