Contacted for a quote first, then scheduled a pickup which was a week later. The delivery happened 5 days after pick up which was pretty quick for me. The delivery and pick up time were estimated correctly so did not have to wait. Other than car's being dirty (which might be usual given that it travels coast to coast) had no problem throughout the process. Dale was very helpful in terms of getting back and solving issues when needed
