I needed to have my sister's car shipped from Houston to Chicago, Illinois. She has been in Kuwait for the last two years and our brother was using the car while she was away. My other sister recommended another shipping service, but when I spoke with a representative, he was very rude on the phone. So, I looked at the reviews and Ship-A Car Direct had excellent reviews. I submitted an inquiry and then received at least 25 text messages and phone calls from carries all over. But Kay at Ship-A Car Direct, sent one email explaining the process and the estimated cost. As a busy professional, I was thankful that she sent me links and videos to help me make my decision. In addition, she did not harass me with multiple calls and text messages. She kept me posted through the whole process and would send helpful email reminders about what to expect. If you are looking for a professional company that does NOT harass you, I would strongly recommend Ship a car direct. Kay rocks!
