Car was moved safely and delivered on time. Emily from ship a car direct was very helpful - only complaint is you always have to leave a message and then she will call you back. If you ask to speak to another rep, they will look up your quote/order and tell you she will have to get back to you... Can be frustrating when you are looking for answer right away. We were told that a driver would call us 24 hours from pick-up and next thing we knew someone was calling saying they would be there in two hours for the car. Great, but it wasn't even ready yet!! So, there was a few frustrating things, but all that matters in the end is that the car got where it needed to be safely, on time and for a pretty good rate!
