We were shipping my son's car from Northern Jersey to San Diego, CA. This is the first time we had ever used a car transport service. The experience could not have been easier. Jason, our broker, was incredibly on top of things and answered all my questions promptly and with a great degree of patience. Zack, the driver from the carrier service, was on time, polite, and very easy to deal with.
We took photos, at Jason's suggestion, of the top, sides and back of the car before it left our driveway and went over any scratches, etc. with Zack. We also were given the driver, Zack's, cell phone number so that we were able to contact him along the way to better plan on his arrival time in CA. Our son, on the receiving end in CA, had no problem connecting with Zack. Car arrived on schedule, no damages, and easy as could be. I will recommend Ship a Car Direct, and Jason, to any of my friends who are in need of shipping their car. First time doing this, couldn't have had a better experience.
