The arrangement of shipping my car was slower than I thought. However, it was still acceptable. People of the carrier company contacted me within a short period of time though the diver was two days late picking up my car because of the traffic jam. The delivery of my car was on time and the driver was a nice person. No damage to my car but it became very dirty. Considering it was a long trip and in an open truck, it is normal and acceptable.
