My contact, Tom, was very knowledgeable. Moreover, he followed-up with both emails and phone calls. I also received videos on what to expect. He also recommended taking pictures while the truck driver was inspecting the car, making sure I had the driver in the pictures.

The truck driver was very knowledgeable about my car (a corvette), experienced, and extremely careful in loading my car.

I highly recommend this service.
