From beginning to end the process went excellent. David, was great at getting back to me when I had to leave a message. It was my first time shipping a car cross country so I had numerous questions over the span of a few days after my initial call. David was knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions, and there were many. I would not hesitate to use them again. I had one minor issue in that there was an overweight fee charged upon delivery that I was supposed to have been informed of prior to shipping. It only came out to be $100 more, but there was some confusion in the company not weighing the vehicle before shipping. My initial quote was a little higher than what I ended up paying, so everything seemed to even out and I felt it was a fair deal. My wife and parents picked up the vehicle the day of drop off and had only great comments about the truck driver who delivered my car. Great customer service!
