The process was very straightforward. The driver did a good job letting me know an hour or two before his arrival for both pickup and delivery.
Matt did a good job staying in touch and made sure everything was ok on my end from the time of the order request through the delivery. He also did a good job making sure I took the necessary steps to make sure I was covered as a customer should something happen to my vehicle.
