Transport from Florida to Colorado

I have never used a transport company before, and with all of them out there, I did as much research as I could before choosing Ship A Car Direct. I went by the BBB ratings as well as the customer reviews on TransportReviews.com and chose them based on that.

The customer service I got from Scott was outstanding, he never left me hanging waiting for information, was available when I called, or called me right back with an update. The pick up from Florida went without any issues and the driver, Roberto was professional and courteous.

My delivery in Colorado was earlier than expected and Roberto called me to let me know he had gotten into Denver early and did I want my vehicle Saturday instead of the following Monday. Of course I did, and we were able to arrange a pickup at a convenient location as I was not at home and he drove right to the address I provided and even during our last blizzard in Colorado, he was patient, courteous and very good to work with.

The amount for transport was exactly as quoted, the vehicle arrived early and in great condition. I will recommend Ship A Car Direct to anybody I know who needs a transport and my experience with them was even better than expected.
