The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Dale kept up the communication with me prior to the shipping date and explained everything thoroughly. He let me know what to expect so there were no surprises. The company that picked up my car (based out of Sacramento) was extremely polite and professional. I watched them load the vehicle up and the driver took extreme care when doing so. Upon my car's arrival in Ga, the driver gave me plenty of heads up as to where he would be able to meet me (super close to my house!). Thank you Ship-a-Car Direct.
