I never shipped a car before so this was an entirely new experience for me. However, Kay and Ship a Car Direct provided excellent customer service making the process much easier for me. After doing some research, I decided to go to their website and request a quote. The quote from Kay was emailed to me quickly and was substantially lower than others that I had seen. Then the regular communications began (great customer service that I appreciated) that included: how to access helpful user videos, Kay's direct dial number, order placed confirmation, info about taking pictures to protect against shipping damage, notification when a carrier had been assigned including name and number of the carrier, 24 hr Ship a Car Direct customer support number, details about importance of the bill of lading, follow up to see if I was able to contact the carrier, payment details for driver so their were no surprises when car was delivered, and follow up after delivery to insure that delivery was OK. I was very happy with the process, my car arrived as scheduled with no damage, and the carrier was also helpful and kept me informed of what was going on. I highly recommend Ship a Car Direct based on their excellent customer service and my experience.
