Thank you for your feedback, Leslie. Glad you liked our videos, sorry you found Tom less responsive after your carrier was assigned. It's an important tip - timing is changeable, so windows and updates are provided by the carrier directly. While we are always happy to put a call into them on your behalf, we have to wait on their response - there aren't advance schedules for us to consult. Your carrier will call with news or you can call for updates. (That's why we provide the carriers phone number on dispatch.)
