I would definitely use Ship A Car Direct again. As a first time car shipper I could have used a little more hand holding after I committed to them, but the end result was perfect. I was stressed because my wife severely broke her ankle and I needed to fly back to MN with her and thus shipping the car was my option for getting our car home. Once I committed to Ship a Car I would have liked them to respond to my emails and calls more promptly, but they did find a marvelous transport company in Next Step Inc. We were flying out on April 24 and the car was scheduled to ship out that day. Thankfully, we were staying with my in-laws and we could leave the car with them and they could be our agents. The car did not ship on 4-24, but it did get picked up on 4-25. My in-laws were very impressed with Roman, the driver for Next Step Auto, as he loaded the car. Roman called me and said he would deliver the car some time on 4-29. He later called and said he could deliver the car after 10 p.m. on 4-28 or early in the morning on 4-29. I opted for 6 am on 4-29. He texted me saying the car was on the ground at our appointed meeting place at 5:28 a.m. The car was delivered in excellent condition ahead of what I expected. Next Step Inc. is a wonderful shipping company and I believe Ship A Car Direct only uses excellent transport companies. I would give them a 5 star rating. So many car transport companies have terrible reviews on Yelp and other places. I recommend that you choose Ship A Car Direct.
