The car was picked up early and brought in on good time. the one issue I had was the lack of communication with the shipping company and Ship a car direct. I was getting completely different days of drop off. And no one would give me a clear time frame. And when a stranger has your vehicle in the middle of the country and you have no idea what's going on, it's not a good feeling. Would highly recommend some type of tracking system.

Thank you for your feedback, Jesse. Sorry for the inconvenience of timing estimates changing during your transport. It can be frustrating that there isn't one industry-wide tracking method - you're right, it's not like FedEx. It may be helpful for future shippers to know that drive times do vary (because of traffic, weather, issues with other customers) and delivery estimates often shift a little during the transport.
