I primarily chose Ship a Car Direct for 2 reasons: 1- Great Reviews 2- A caring owner who goes out of his way to address unsatisfied customers online (a huge plus). In a line of business that majority of the companies provide average service, I congratulate Michael for creating a company that provides honest and exceptional service.

I needed to have my car shipped from coast to coast. I called ship a car direct and got in touch with Dale. He is very professional, honest and to the point. He is prompt with all email and phone responses, even on the weekends. He explains the goods and bads of the process to you in great detail and prepares you for next steps. My car arrived 3 days earlier than the initial given time which was a huge plus as I needed it as soon as possible. The driver was very good with communication and would call you a day in advance to let you know that he is coming for pickup/delivery and then on the day of delivery, he calls to let you know that he will be there in X hours.

The overall experience was great and if I ever need to ship my car again, I would use this company. They make a stressful process a pleasant one. Way to go on distinguishing yourself from the rest.
