I have searched online many companies and decided to book with Ship A Car Direct. This was my first time booking, I'm a realistic person and I know this business is pretty straight forward. I was quoted $1195 for the dates I requested (Fri, Sat, Sun). The driver was able to pickup on day 2 window which was expected. He informed me that it will be at destination within 5-7 days. I was hoping for next Thurs but it got there on Saturday which was fine with me. I understood we had some snow around that time which caused some delays, the auto transport driver was very nice. He was very good when informing me about ETA. Matt (auto transport representative) was very quick answering questions when I asked, he also sent emails about tips to prepare your car for pickup/delivery. Everything was handled in timely manners. I would recommend friends and family to use this company, I would definitely use this company again in future.
