Thank you for your feedback, AJ. Sorry to hear about your concern. Damage is not inevitable and not something we take lightly. We are following up on this, and so far the carrier let us know they had a conversation with you about it after delivery. At that time, you described the damage as a small chip (rather than a crack) and said you weren't sure if it happened in transit or not. It's a good point for future shippers to know that there is a procedure in place if damage is noted on delivery, so making a thorough inspection before and after transit is very helpful. We are going to follow up with you directly about your options now.
