David at Ship-a-car Direct contacted me initially within a day of a quote request. He answered my questions after I called the next day and agreed to step up the search for a long transport to a less-visited state (New Hampshire). Nevertheless he was able to find someone the same day that I called and the driver actually picked up the car that day. While the driver did not actually contact me before showing up at my door to pick up the car, Dispatch did give me a window of when he showed up. Most importantly the car made it to the final destination within the estimated time and there were no issues. Overall the experience was pleasant and reliable. David was always up front about cost and timing expectations. I would certainly use these guys again. Thank you!
