Tom was very helpful from the get go. He kept in touch with me throughout even though I had placed my order a little ahead of time. I was always kept informed as to the date of assigning a truck. The pick up and delivery went very smoothly. I was surprised that the delivery date was as promised as it seemed to be too fast. The car was in the same shape on delivery as when I last saw it at pick up. The almost daily email updates from Tom were so reassuring. I would definitely recommend and use Ship A Car Direct again.
