We had two cars transported by Ship a Car Direct. Pick up was on time and transportation was actually early, too early. We were scheduled for a Sunday Delivery and the transporter asked for a Saturday delivery. We told them that we were available at 4-5pm and they agreed. They arrived at 8pm in the dark. We asked for Sunday at that point and he said that would not be possible due to other deliveries. We did accept and the cars appeared to be okay. The only problem that made the transaction a little more difficult is both the dispatcher and driver were difficult to understand as english was not their first language.
