The initial talks were good and Matt took 2-3 days to find a vehicle to ship my car from San Diego, CA to Vernon Hills, IL. No money was taken until then. Then a small amount was asked to be paid in order to confirm the driver and the vehicle. The driver, Yogi from OSSO, was supposed to pick up my vehicle around 12-1pm on 02/11/2015. But he came around 4.4.30pm only. He was good and neat in his job. A joint inspection was done and I took some fotos in front of him and signed the bill of lading.

Yogi mentioned that he would deliver the vehicle on 02/16. However, he called me on 17th morning and told that he was on the way. The vehicle was offloaded in the parking lot next to my apartment complex. It was a bit dirty with some snow patches, however, there is no damage/dents/scratches observed after a did a car wash later. I had marked that the inspection was done when the car was dirty. I really dont mind a delay of one day considering the distance of shipment and still it took just 6 days.

Overall my experience with Ship-a-car-Direct and OSSO for my vehicle shipping is great and I would definitely go back to them again.
