I chose Ship-A-Car Direct solely based upon the reviews I read online. This was my first time shipping my vehicle and had no clue how the whole thing works. I contacted Ship-A-Car Direct and Emily took my call as I inquired on everything. Emily was so sweet and knowledgeable. She took her time answering all my questions. Based upon that conversation, I decided to move forward with Ship-A-Car Direct and have Emily as my broker. Process was very smooth and it was comforting to me knowing that Emily responded to all my calls and emails. My car arrived 1 day early, which was a treat for me. I had to meet the carrier in an open space because that 18 wheeler, 14 foot high carrier is huge! We met at a Wal-Mart parking lot. When I pulled up to Wal-Mart, my car was off the carrier and on the pavement waiting for me! Odometer looked good. Car was in same condition that I gave to them. I handed them my money order and that was that! Pretty easy. Thank you for everything, Emily at Ship-A-Car Direct! :-)
