Great Experience with Ship A Car Direct

I was in a bind to find an auto transport company to ship my car from New York to Atlanta. With each day that the car was not picked up, I was paying parking fees in NYC and rental car fees in Atlanta, so I needed the transport to happen ASAP. After another company left me waiting for weeks with poor communication and false expectations, I turned to Matt at Ship a Car Direct. From the beginning, Matt was very professional and efficient in his communication, he wasn't pushy like so many other companies and was very patient in explaining how the whole process would go. He found a driver to pick up the car in two days and the car was delivered two days after it was picked up. The whole process went very smoothly and the constant communication was reassuring. They provide you with phone numbers and information about who is transporting your car and guide you through the process of both the pick up and the delivery. The pricing was a bit higher than some other companies, but I felt that with their professionalism, I would rather go with a company I trusted.

After the car was delivered, Matt then followed up to make sure that the car was delivered safely and everything went smoothly. I'm so glad I ended up going with Ship a Car Direct, they gave me peace of mind throughout this otherwise stressful process.
