I was very nervous over the prospect of transporting my brand new 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat from the dealer in Illinois to my home in Texas. I thought about all the things that could go wrong. David at Ship a Car Direct provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I also relied on the excellent reviews of Ship a car direct in my decision to choose a company to help me transport my car. As the time to pick up the car approached, David provided a number of helpful tips to facilitate the process including taking a number of pictures of the car prior to shipment. In addition I was provided a video to watch that was very helpful. Since my car was brand new the extra coverage in the event the carrier did not cover damage was very important to me. Ship a car direct pays for all damages even if the carrier assigned to my transport fails to pay. Fortunately this was not a problem as my car arrived in pristine condition less than two days after the car was picked up. The driver for Octane Auto Transport LLC was actually an owner of the company and this gave me an additional source of comfort. I highly recommend Ship a car direct and have another car from a relative that I will be transporting to Texas. No doubt in my mind Ship A Car Direct will be my transport company of choice.
