Tom was honest and communicated with me about everything. Out truck was in Indiana in a little town and it was during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays so it took some time to secure a transport driver, but Tom called me several times to keep me informed of progress and just to check in. That meant a lot to me. The driver was courteous and delivered the truck in the 4 days that was estimated. The dispatcher did a good job of calling and keeping me informed of the trucks ETA and progress. The truck came through in excellent shape and we could not be happier with the experience. My hat is off to Tom and Ship-A-Car-Direct. My wife and I would give him high marks to to Ship-A-Car-Direct for anyone who is looking to ship a car or truck. Terry Miller, Los Alamitos, CA
