Ship a car direct has an excellent customer service. Even when I called Dale on Sunday to confirm the delivery time of the car, he returned my call in a couple of minutes and made the effort to find out for me. He was also very honest with me to which carrier type I should choose for my car. I was surprised that even though my car came through snow storms on the way, it got here without any storm in it, I guess they had done a quick clean on it before delivering it.
