I am originally from California, and I moved out to Michigan for school. I was debating whether to buy a car out in MI, drive my car from Cali to MI or have it hauled by professionals. The cheapest option was to have my car transported by haulers. I chose Ship a Car Direct, because it was highly reviewed by previous costumers and the website was very informative. Their website have helpful videos and information for first time customers (such as myself). It was easy to submit an order without having to deal with numerous phone calls (I dislike talking on the phone). However, I received many useful emails helping me prepare my car for the journey. The emails were friendly and straight forward (also said if I had any questions please feel free to call anytime). The person who was going to pick up my car came a day earlier than anticipated; which would be great (the earlier the better), but unfortunately my car was in the shop. So, it was my bad. However, they worked around my schedule and picked up my car early next morning. I called the company a few times just so I can know where my car was at. They were very knowledgeable about the location of my car. The driver called me about an hour before he was going to arrive. They were able to deliver my car at my apartment, which is amazing since I live in a closed street apartment complex. When the driver arrived, he parked my car for me and dust it off. It was not as dirty as I had expected it to be. That's awesome! I paid the driver, and everything was good. I now have my car here with me in Michigan! I would use this company again! They made shipping a car simply and fast.
