I had a car transported from Florida to California. This was my first experience using an auto transport company and I was anxious about the whole process. I went with Ship A Car Direct due to their reviews and rating with the Better Business Bureau. My contact person was Dale and he was great to work with. He made sure that I clearly understood the process. Everything went very smoothly. The car was picked up the date I requested and was delivered in California two days before the anticipated delivery date. Ship A Car Direct was not the least expensive carrier but they were definitely worth every penny. I highly recommend them.
