My experience with Ship a Car Direct was great. This was the first time I shipped a car, so I was quite nervous as I imagined every possible thing that could go wrong. David was thorough in his explanations and checked in throughout the process to make sure that the pickup and delivery went smoothly. I was especially impressed by David's responsiveness during the holiday season. The carrier, EBM Enterprises Corp., was also great. The driver, Eric, was efficient in his pickup (on the first available date) and delivered the car from Los Angeles to Chicago in six days, exactly as he advised that he would. The pricing was as quoted and there were no unwelcome surprises along the way.
