My experience with Ship A Car Direct was top notch, from first contact (when I asked for a quote), to finally delivery and follow-up. Matt was my customer service representative, and he clearly explained what was going to happen every step of the way. Very honest, above board. Matt was also there for me when I had questions, or needed follow-up from the assigned transport company. He responded to emails straight away (usually within one hour or so) and gave me piece of mind all the way.

Pricing was accurate as quoted and above board at all times. I ended up having to pay an additional $50 fee since I loaded my car with clothes and other items in trunk, but that was reasonable given the additional weight and how far car was going. That extra fee was decided and agreed upon by me and transport company at time of pick-up - again, all above board.

My only (minor) complaint was arrival day/time. I was originally quoted 7-10 days transport, and my travel time was at high end at 10 days. Also, car was originally to arrive at 6pm but did not come until 9:30pm on a very cold Thursday evening. That was a bit inconvenient, but car did arrive in same shape I provided it AND it was not very dirty at all.

Matt and Ship A Car Direct are great. I will be shipping another car very soon, and I know who to call!
