My experience could not have gone better. The driver, Omar, was very pleasant and took the time to keep me updated with the ETA of my car to MA. Matt kept me updated from the very beginning and through the delivery. He also provided very helpful information about transporting my car. I would definitely recommend ship a car direct.com in the future.
