Ship a Car Direct was able to coordinate a last-minute shipping right before the holiday season. Kay was very helpful and responsive, and was able to teach me about the car-shipping industry and make me feel confident in my decision to choose Ship a Car to transport our car. Their broker fee is higher than other brokers I had obtained quotes from, but I think the customer service and responsiveness are worth the extra cost.
