Great Experience with Tom from Ship A Car Direct

I relocated this month from San Francisco to upstate NY. I was super stressed about the move and had a million things to handle and take care before leaving. I sortof left the detail of shipping my car back to the last minute. Once I started researching how to ship a car cross country I realized how sketch it seemed like it could be, which made me even more stressed. I called Tom at Ship a Car Direct and he could tell how stressed I was about my move. He told me not to worry and that he was going to take care of it for me. He was very friendly and honest in answering all of my questions. He explained the process to me in great detail and assured me that he would get me a good trustworthy carrier to transport my car back home. He found me a great carrier at a great price. He confirmed with me and gave me the driver's contact info. I paid the deposit and set up a time for pick up directly with the Driver. The driver showed up on time and was very professional. I was so relieved to see the carrier drive off with my car 3 days before I was scheduled to fly out of SF. The driver called me the day before he was going to deliver the car and told me what time he would be arriving. He called ahead and was on time again. My car had no damage and I paid the driver the balance. Tom called and emailed to follow up on the delivery.

I had a great experience with Tom at Ship a Car Direct. He seems like just a genuinely good dude and really made that part of my cross country move much more manageable. I don't plan on moving ever again but if for some reason I ever need to ship a car, I would without a doubt call up Tom at Ship A Car Direct.
