Customer service rep Matt was very helpful and kept me updated throughout this process.
However, my car was picked up almost 2 days late and upon pickup they told me there would be another $100.00 fee since my car was packed. I was unaware of this fee prior to that. Even though my car was picked up late, it did arrive a day early.

Thank you for your feedback, Melanie! You bring up good points to know about transporting: carrier arrival estimates are estimates and subject to change (especially in winter). Also, we recommend emptying your vehicle before shipping - additional weight can accrue additional charges.
