Matt was very cordial and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was put in direct contact with Royal of Guyette Auto Transport who called me, nicely introduced himself, and ensured all of my questions were answered. Royal was very accommodating for both the NY drop off and CA pick up locations. I was given an accurate estimate of the number of days it would take for my car to go from NY to CA and told he would contact me when he was a few hours from the agreed upon pick up location. The overall experience was pleasurable with both Matt and Royal. Matt followed up to ensure my car was not only delivered as scheduled but also to make sure my overall experience was pleasurable. I would use both Ship A Car Direct and Guyette Auto Transport again.
