I am so relieved that my Prius made it safely from California to New Jersey. Matt was great about communicating what to expect and how to get the car ready for transportation. The guy who picked up my car came on time. Both of us walked around the car and made notes and took pictures. I watched the truck leave and 5 days later, my son received the car in perfect condition, earlier than expected. The communication with the driver was very good and I was very happy that everything went through without a hitch. I would definitely recommend Matt at Ship A Car Direct. Very professional, very courteous, very prompt.
