First I'd like to say that it is a pleasure to give this review for Ship A Car Direct. I would have done so even if I didn't receive a $30 rebate for doing so.
I had spent a few weeks researching car carriers and talked with quite a few. It was laborious and found that most reviews were horrendous.
Calling Emily, I got a quote and answers right away. Looking at reviews on line, this company obviously does it's best to work out an honest transaction. Emily was always very pleasant and informative.
Our carrier was no less professional. We had a special circumstance that we actually live in Canada and needed to meet our car at the US border. We needed clear and accurate communication with our driver-which we got. Our Subaru Outback was picked up and was actually delivered 5 days earlier than expected.
Bravo!!! I'd definitely use them again.
