I researched 5 companies and checked with the BBB on each. Ship-a-Car-Direct had an A rating and from this experience I know why. They were fantastic. Two days after I said pick it up I was notified I had a driver. I had a choice of two times. We met 3 minutes from our home at the grocery store as our subdivision has too many trees and cars on the road. He went over everything on the bill of lading, was very courteous and in minutes had loaded my car. Three days later my daughter got a call he'd be there the next day. He was very willing to wait until she was home from work. She said he was nice, polite, efficient and the car was unloaded next to her house in a busy subdivision. Other than being diirty it was in perfect condition. I would absolutely hire this company again. Read their reviews they are all good. My experience was 5 Stars for sure.
