Emily went the extra mile to ensure amazing care after I was scammed by another company and left with my car stranded as I moved cross country. She was able to explain to me how I was taken advantage of by a non legit company ( don't use Transport King and Logistics LLC or believe any quote that seems too good to be true ) and acted promptly once we got over some data base hurdles to find me a carrier. I didn't have to pay anything until I was put in direct contact with a carrier and even then we kept a constant stream of communication. She would clearly highlight each important step for me, something I needed after I lost faith in the whole process. To ensure your dealing with the right people it's worth going with Ship a Car Direct. The quality of the customer service alone is worth the price given the crazy experience I had. I'd recommend them highly to anyone looking to ship a car for the first time or anyone who wants to simplify the process so they don't have to worry.

Don't get caught up shopping around for the lowest quote, odds are they are just looking to keep your non refundable deposit and never make the effort to set you up on a carrier! ! !
