I was very nervous about using any service for transport. I checked several reviews and selected Ship a Car Direct. I could not be happier with my choice and Jason was very helpful (setting my mind at ease) When the car arrived at the destination my daughter was very busy at work. She expressed to the driver that she would pick the car up as soon as she could. The excellent carrier from B&B Express actually told her not to worry and if it would be ok with her he would personally drive the car to her. Bob the carrier delivered her car directly to her place of work which allowed her to continue with her day uninterrupted. I called the carrier and left a detailed message about how grateful we were of his phenomenal customer service. (Above and beyond the call of duty).I also emailed Jason to thank him for being so professional and making this great experience. I would 100% use them again!
