This was my first time shipping a vehicle. Ship a car direct gave me a fair quote. My agent was Emily. She was very knowledgeable, experienced, patient, and nice to work with.she sent me many emails with great information such as videos on the process for shipping my vehicle and when I did not understand she was able to quickly answer my questions and give me reassurance that my vehicle will be shipped and transported by a great carrier. Once my career was selected The carrier gave me a call and notified me estimated time he will be near my pick up location. He arrived on schedule and on time for pick up.delivery of my vehicle was extremely fast. It only took six days to ship my vehicle from California to New York. I was very skeptical at first after seeing and reading so many horror stories from other companies reviews, but ship a car direct has the best reviews and ratings. I for one will recommend them anytime and use them again in the future.
