Overall my experience was good. I saw the ad and some reviews for Ship a car direct and called to have my son's prius shipped from California to Oklahoma where he was attending college. Tom at the company was prompt and provided me with what i thought to be a fair quote. After I placed my order I got a call from the driver's dispatch kind of out of the blue. A person called me and said we want to pick up your car and didnt really give me any connection to Tom, so that was weird. But I called Tm back to see if the person was legit and he confirmed they were associated, so I then scheulded to have the car picked up at my house the next day. The driver called me directly and quite frankly that person was not very nice or too accomodating, they basically said I am picking up the car at this time... kind of take it or leave it. not friendly... but, we met, i handed over the car, the car was delievered a couple days later in the same condition it left. So, overall I am quite happy, depsite the grumpy driver :-)
