David was very clear about the process. David's company basically brokers out the shipment to a transport company that is willing to move your car for the amount you agreed to pay. You are relying on David's company to find a reputable transport company. They didn't charge a deposit until I had a driver and pickup time lined up. If you try to hold your cost down too much, no driver will agree to take your vehicle, so you have to balance how much you are willing to spend with how long you are willing to wait for a driver to sign up to your fee. The driver they used was very professional, as well as the dispatcher for the transport company. My experience was a good one. Everything went very smoothly, and the driver was very accommodating when it came to arranging the drop off site and time. I will use this company the next time I ship a car, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs to transport a vehicle.
