The assigned carrier was Falcons Transport, LLC. Nick was the main contact. He was very responsible. He performed very professionally. I watched him drove and fastened each car carefully onto his truck. He also replied my calls promptly. He was very polite and nice. We were pleased for his service and the coordination of Matt from Ship a Car Direct. In fact, it is actually not and door to door service. We had to drive our car and pick it up in a somewhat truck station. But I consider it as reasonable due to the parking and loading concerns. I definitely will recommend their services to my friends and relatives.
