Would definitely use this company again. The contact person, Portia, sent information and useful tips via email before, during and after the pick up/delivery. Portia was always available to answer any questions we had. We checked other carrier companies and Ship a Car Direct was the most reasonable.
The transporter picked up our car at the door and delivery was on time and no damage. The truck driver provided his cell phone number and we were able to contact him with status up dates on the delivery.
Honestly, I recommend this company and will use them again myself.
