We are relocating from Seattle to Huntington Beach CA. In January of this year we had used Matt at Ship a car direct to ship one of our cars to California and we were extremely pleased with the entire experience. We really needed his help to ship our second car to California and he did a great work to help us out. Here is the story.

The first of this month, August, we loaded our second car in Seattle and start our drive down south. We got to Oregon and the car, Nissan Murano, began to experience transmission problems. We nursed it for a day and realized we did not want to chance driving it much further. By Tuesday we decided to get a room for the night and call Matt. I called Matt late evening knowing he would not be available at that hour so I left a message. Matt called me back first thing the next morning. I explained the our situation and what we wanted to do. He immediately gave me a quote and sent me the documents to approve. Matt placed the order and received a response but they couldn't pick up until the following Monday. Matt told me that was not good enough considering our situation and he went back to work. He found a carrier who could pick our car up the next day, Thursday, which was perfect. Our car was picked up Thursday evening and delivered the following Monday afternoon. The driver was as concerned, courteous and helpful as Matt was.

I don't know if we will ever have to ship a car again but without a doubt Matt and Ship a Car Direct would be our first and only call if we do.
