Do not work with /contact Amanda from Ship A Car Direct. Not only did she not get back to you/ email you but she inputted our transport information for our cars incorrectly and never got back to us even after the date was missed.

We were able to restart the process however w/Portia as a new order and she was able to get a carrier asap. We was helpful, knowledgeable and the carrier was very professional and prompt.

We would only use ship a car direct again IF we didnt have to work w/Amanda!!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. So sorry Amanda dropped the ball - you are right, she was awful and she was let go. Glad Portia got it right for you!
