Saved me from a bad experience

I had originally gone with another company, Passport Transport, that originally costed $400 more. After several missed promises, quote increases and an overall horrible customer service experience with Passport, I found this one. Kay provided prompt attention and quick turnaround on locating a shipper. When I initially had difficulties reaching the shipper when their VM was full, Kay was able to get in touch with someone to remedy that issue and facilitate communication through the rest of the transport.

Bad winter weather frustrated some of the quote times, which is why I can forgive the initial 1-2 delay in the pickup estimate. The driver, however, made it up with solid communication and a heavy (but careful foot).

Thanks for the great feedback, Joshua! Sorry to hear about your bad experience before you found us. And you are right about weather delays, the timing estimates provided are rough and it's best to expect to be flexible (especially in winter).
